These bi-weekly interactive classes make up the foundational core of this exclusive 16 week program. Each class includes a curriculum based presentation (30-40 minutes) followed by live exclusive Q & A (50-60 minutes) designed to give you unparalleled and personalized access to Barry Smith and his wealth of knowledge. The dates and times of these classes are set by our program facilitators and posted months in advance of the first class.
Classes 4 and 8 are group coaching sessions facilitated by program creator and Certified Executive Coach Nate Leslie. In these sessions participants solidify learning from previous sessions, explore new opportunities for growth, define future objectives, and dive into principles of modern high performance leadership.

It’s an exclusive Master Class. Yes. We will provide the cohort with password protected recordings of the sessions. We ask for your discretion in keeping these confidential.
You’ll receive the recording within 24 hours of the class.
You’ll select a time convenient for you that our Master Coach has set aside for our program using our scheduling software Calendly.

Open Cohorts: We’ve designed a Master Class schedule that most effectively meets the needs of coaches in multiple time zones from Europe to the West Coast of North America, everything in between, and hopefully beyond. Private Cohorts: We co-create a schedule that works with your group.
Fees are payable in advance of the first Master Class and payable by credit card or Paypal. Your club can register for you, or you can register and have them reimburse you.
Our Master Class is carefully designed as a personal and professional journey, not a magic wand. Over the 4 month duration, you’ll grow as a coach and as a person. We share a contact information list with the cohort providing only the information that you want us to provide. We strongly encourage the cohort to support one another outside of the regular scheduled classes. In fact, we think that’s where you will find the gold and solidify your learning.

The SupportingLines HPI 360 measures they way the people you lead experience you by anonymously surveying them using statistically validated questions measuring key elements of high performance culture. You select 5-7 managers, peers, team members of your choice to complete your 360 assessment.
We host the classes on Zoom. 1 on 1 calls are auto scheduled on Zoom using our scheduling software but can be carried out on a medium mutually agreed upon by you and our Master Coach.
